The Heart Rhythm Society supports the Americans with Disabilities Act. Should you require a specific accommodation or service to accommodate your participation at Heart Rhythm Society's Annual Scientific Sessions, please indicate so at the time of registration. An HRS staff member will contact you to assist with special arrangements.
Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 16, including infants and toddlers, will be permitted to attend Heart Rhythm Society's Annual Scientific Sessions or to enter the Exhibit Hall at any time.
Business dress is encouraged for all events at the Scientific Sessions. It is often difficult to control the temperature in a large ballroom, so plan to dress in layers and/or bring a sweater or jacket. Comfortable shoes are a must!
Attendees of the Wednesday Summits and the Women in EP Networking Luncheon who have special dietary needs are asked to indicate so at the time of registration. Kosher and vegetarian meals are not available unless notification is provided in advance. Special meal tickets are included for those who indicate a special dietary need for these events.
The official language of the Annual Scientific Sessions is English. Simultaneous translation will not be available.

How do I purchase a copy of the 2017 Heart Rhythm On Demand?
The GENERAL and PREMIER Registration Packages for Heart Rhythm 2017 include access to Heart Rhythm On Demand. Heart Rhythm On Demand is available to faculty, abstract presenters, exhibitors, and one-day registrants for a separate fee and may be purchased at the time of registration. Purchase the activity in the HRS Learning Center.
What are the requirements for member registration?
Anyone applying for membership with the Heart Rhythm Society during the Heart Rhythm registration period must have their completed application packet (application, CV and dues) approved by the Society prior to registering for Heart Rhythm's Annual Scientific Sessions. The Society will not reimburse the difference between the member and nonmember rates to Heart Rhythm 2018 attendees whose completed applications are approved after they register for Heart Rhythm.
What if I am not a Society member?
Non-members who do not wish to apply for membership may obtain their Customer ID number by calling 800-748-5052 or e-mailing HRS@xpressreg.net. If you have not participated in a Heart Rhythm Society activity before, please register using your last name and e-mail and a Customer ID will be automatically assigned to you. All non-members must register at the non-member rate.

Photography & Filming
Professional photographs, audio, and video will be captured during the Scientific Sessions. Attendees hereby grant HRS and its representatives permission to photograph and/or record them at the Scientific Sessions and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you.

What is the payment policy for Scientific Sessions faculty?
The registration fee is waived for invited faculty. To receive complimentary registration, please register using your unique registration link. Fee to attend Summits, however are not waived - upgrade to Premier Registration is required. If you are participating in one (or more) Summits as a chair, invited speaker, abstract presenter, or panelist, you are not required to upgrade to the Premier Registration Package to gain access to the session on the day of presentation.
What happens if I register for the meeting and then find out I am an Abstract Presenter? Do I get a refund?
Yes, your Scientific Sessions registration fee, less the Abstract Presenter registration fee, will be refunded automatically by CDS. This applies only to the first/primary author. There is an additional fee to upgrade to the Premier Registration Package to attend AF Summit, VT/VF Summit, Lead & Device Management Summit.
